BIOGAS ANALYSIS

A combination of tests and measurements of the biogas to be treated is conducted at your site to obtain a complete profile of the impurities and contaminants present in the biogas. We use a unique PARSE analysis technique that measures environmental, natural gas, sulfur species, volatile organic compound and siloxane contaminants in the biogas down to the molecular level. By assessing the precise quality and quantity of contaminants in your biogas, we can determine the optimum biogas treatment system to produce clean and pure output gas that can then be used as fuel for your energy production requirements.

Design Engineering

We can custom-design a biogas treatment system that is specific to your site, your biogas flow, your purification needs and within your budget and your timeline. Rather than use a "one-size-fits-all" industry template, we develop and deliver a unique, custom installation for each customer site, ensuring optimum biogas treatment efficiency, effectiveness, and cost.

Manufacturing

We work with a select group of manufacturers and fabricators to accomplish our specific designs. Our suppliers adhere to the most stringent specifications and produce the highest level of quality results. We assemble and perform thorough testing of equipment prior to delivery.

Testing / Quality COntrol

At each step in the equipment fabrication process, the component parts and assemblies are tested for function and form. Before a biogas system is completed, it is tested again for operational function on a test bed. Finally, before shipment, we give the system a final check-off. Only then is a biogas treatment system released for shipment to the customer.

We know these systems "inside and out" and are capable of providing all services from offsite diagnostics and operations guidance to onsite maintenance and training.
